How it works

You buy a note.
GATE receives capital.

When you buy a GATE debt note, you lend money to the company. The note specifies the principal, term, premium and payment schedule. Capital travels through the system and returns according to that schedule.

You choose an amount and a term, review the documents and the eligibility requirements, and purchase the note.

The GATE Note records the obligation

Amount, term, premium and payment schedule are written into the note and recorded on BNB Smart Chain.

  3. GATE receives usable capital

  5. $1,003At maturity

Payment is made according to the note terms

Weekly notes pay principal and premium at maturity. The 3M and 6M notes repay part of the principal with a premium every day.

Under the GATE model you become a creditor of the company. Repayment depends on the borrower’s ability to pay.

About GATE

What does
GATE do?

GATE’s business model focuses on price differences in digital assets, primarily cryptocurrencies. The company buys an asset where it costs less and sells it where the price is higher, accounting for fees, liquidity and execution risk.

Capital is allocated across available opportunities. No individual trade is guaranteed to be profitable. This description is not evidence of the company’s actual results.

Why GATE needs your capital

Capital matched
to opportunity.

Arbitrage opportunities change. To act on them, the company needs working capital for a defined period. That is why the notes are short.

Under the GATE model, available opportunities are assessed before notes are issued. The amount raised is matched to that capacity. If there are not enough suitable opportunities, the company may reduce or skip a new issuance.

Business income is the intended source of the investor premium. The company’s ability to meet its obligations depends on its results and available liquidity.

An informed choice

Is this approach
right for you?

GATE notes are private debt obligations with a fixed term. They suit some situations and not others. Read both lists before you continue.

Worth considering if
  • You are willing to review the documents and the borrower’s business.
  • You can commit funds for the selected term.
  • You understand the risk of delayed payments and loss of capital.
  • You make your own decision without relying on promises of guaranteed returns.
Not suitable if
  • You need a bank guarantee or deposit protection.
  • You need these funds for essential expenses or emergencies.
  • You expect to withdraw the full amount at any time.
  • You expect a risk-free, stable source of income.
