What has to be true before you can buy
GATE starts it; the provider runs it
You always know when you are leaving GATE and when you have come back.
Verification and Documents are not the same thing. Verification confirms who you are. Documents are the terms you read and accepted. Both feed purchase eligibility, and each has its own screen.

You can browse the cabinet, but buying a note needs a verified identity. You will need a passport or national ID and about five minutes.
